Martha Cooper is a documentary photographer known worldwide for capturing the glamor of New York graffiti in the 1980s. She captures young artists painting in the middle of the night and their bold works ablaze at dawn amidst the scorched landscape of the Bronx. BEYOND THE STREETS delves deep into Martha Cooper's previously unpublished archive of early 1980s New York graffiti. BTS worked closely with Cooper to select over 800 photos from dozens of boxes of slides. A valuable photograph remained unopened for ten years.ていました。
